The App uses blockchain technology to store data immutably. This includes email addresses, photo metadata, SHA hashes, and the location where photos were taken.

• Provide your email address, photo metadata, SHA hashes, Public Encryption Key, and location information.
• Have this data stored on a blockchain, where it cannot be modified or deleted.

3. Data Collection and Usage
The App collects the following information:

• Email Address: Used to associate records with users.
• Photo Metadata: To verify and manage your image records.
• SHA Hashes: To ensure image authenticity.
• Public Encryption Key: Stored on the blockchain to verify the creator's identity and ensure the authenticity of associated records.
• Location Data: To provide context for your photos.

This data is stored on a blockchain to ensure transparency, authenticity, and security. No additional data analytics or tracking is performed, apart from those collected by Apple during App usage.

4. Blockchain Immutability
Data stored on the blockchain is permanent and cannot be altered or erased. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this feature.

5. GDPR Compliance
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with GDPR. Key points include:

• Legal Basis for Processing:
  Data is processed based on your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
• Transparency:
  You are informed that blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted due to technical limitations. This limitation is explained clearly during the consent process.
• Right to Erasure:
  While blockchain data cannot be deleted, we ensure compliance with GDPR Recital 66, which acknowledges technical limitations. We minimize the storage of personal data (e.g., no original photos are stored).
• Right to Access and Portability:
  You can request access to the data stored about you and receive it in a structured, commonly used format.
• Data Minimization and Security:
  Only essential data is collected, and robust security measures are implemented to protect it.

We implement robust measures to secure your data, including encryption and blockchain technology. No third-party services are used in the App or backend.
